BALLOON and Party FX is a family owned and run large party shop filled with quality balloons and party supplies according to owners Matt and Cathy Carlin.
They stock all types of balloons including latex, foil and plastic as well as a large range of party supplies and offer balloon decorating, balloon deliveries, party hire, personalised balloons, banners, decals and T-shirts.
“We offer professional and personal one-on-one service,” Cathy said.
“The balloons are created by an industry certified balloon artist and you will be greeted with a friendly smile.
“The focus of the business is to make our customers happy, to make our customers function, party or celebration a great success by making it look fantastic and something they will remember for years to come.

The business has been operating for five and a half years in the Cranbourne area though the couple themselves have even more experience in the industry.
“We have more than 15 years’ experience in party hire and balloon decorating,” Cathy and Matt said.
“Our staff are friendly and a hundred per cent committed to helping our customers decorate their party.”
They are currently offering 30 per cent off all costumes and fancy dress accessories as well as “balloon packages with great savings”.
