THE WINTER Arts Festival keeps rolling on with glitter, ribbons, bows and splashes of colour the theme for this week.
Children from across Casey have been adding a little bit of sparkle and jazz to their two-wheeled bicycle buddies as part of the bling your bike workshop.
More than 40 primary school aged children glammed up their bikes with a touch of craft at the Casey Safety Village yesterday.
Bikes, scooters and helmets were decorated with bright, reflective materials before the children took to the Casey Safety Village roads.
Janette Green from the City of Casey said the workshop was about encouraging children to be creative with safety in mind.
“It reinforces the importance of visibility while riding,” Ms Green said.
