CRANBOURNE Park Shopping Centre will rebrand later this year.
Following a merger with Novion Property Group, Federation Centres will become Vicinity Centres with security holder approval at the Federation annual general meeting in October.
“Vicinity by definition is a place name – the place to shop, meet, socialise and experience a great environment,” Federation Centres chairman Peter Hay said.
“Our centres are ‘in the Vicinity’ – close and convenient, and aim to enrich the local communities where Australian families live, work and shop.”
The new logo will retain the Federation ribbon swirl.
“It evokes the act of giving, celebration, recognition and that personal touch,” Federation Centres managing director Steven Sewell said.
“The ribbon crosses cultures, occasions, traditions, celebrations and seasons.”
