CASEY police have seized about $5 million worth of cannabis in five weeks.
CIU detectives seized roughly 1000 cannabis plants after executing five different search warrants in a little over a month in suburbs including Narre Warren, Cranbourne and Lyndhurst.
The equipment used to grow the cannabis was also seized.
Acting Detective Sergeant Adam Ferguson said he couldn’t confirm whether the five separate drug houses were linked.
Anyone with information is urged to contact triple zero (000) or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or submit a confidential crime report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au.
