Rare coins stolen

MORE than $100,000 worth of rare coins and jewellery was stolen from a house in Narre Warren North within half an hour.
It’s understood the coins, valued at more than $50,000, were inside a safe which was taken from the Hillsley Avenue property sometime between 9.50pm and 10.15pm on Thursday 2 April.
A substantial amount of jewellery was also stolen during the theft.
It’s believed the raiders gained entry to the house by smashing a window.
