Top training to re-skill

TBM Training Pty Ltd in Cranbourne and Morwell offers sound knowledge and quality training experience for all its members, ensuring they feel a part of the TBM team.
The learning institute concentrates on providing a community service and has been operating in the area for nine years.
A major focus of TBM Training is to deliver training to adults who need to re-skill in areas of skill shortages and community need industry sectors.
Finance manager Alyce Kidgell has been with TBM Training for more than three years and said their main focus was seeing the eager students gain their chosen qualification and receive employment.
“Our staff are helpful, kind, experienced, knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly and always happy to help,” Mr Kidgell said.
The TBM Training team provides education in community services training, early childhood education and care training, aged care, home and community care training and disability training.
“We have knowledgeable trainers who offer a sound learning experience, students are a part of our team, not just another number,” Mr Kidgell said.
With a low tuition contribution fee and government funding, TBM Training is a privately operated company with a difference.
Offering 31 qualifications and courses TBM Training is always happy to help.
“No question is a stupid question,” Mr Kidgell said.
TBM Training is having an open day on Thursday 16 April from 10am to 4pm.
Trainers will be available to answer questions and a raffle and free sausage sizzle will be available on the day.
TBM Training is open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.15pm and Saturday, 8.30am to noon.
