10 things to like about Casey LAC

CASEY Little Athletics Centre toasted its successful Little Athletics State Track and Field Championships medallists this week with 10 athletes running, jumping and throwing their way into athletics history.
Nikola Mandic, Rebecca Henderson, Caitlyn McCormick, Bailley Morrell, Ethan Harris and Jamie-Lee Code brought home gold medals to the club across a successful weekend at Albert Park’s Lakeside Stadium, while Patrick Nicholls, Aiden Saluni-Kettle, Josie Lawton and Hayley Woolfe also excelled to pick up silver and bronze medals throughout the competition.
The club is based out of Edwin Flack Reserve – at the Berwick College campus – and will soon be competing on a brand-new surface following the completion of athletics field renovations.
