A 21-YEAR-old Lynbrook man allegedly returned a positive drug test when intercepted by police in Cranbourne yesterday.
He was also alleged to be driving a stolen car.
State Highway Patrol police were conducting an Automated Number Plate Recognition operation on Sladen Street, Cranbourne when a Toyota was identified as stolen about 4.15pm.
Police pulled the man over a short time later, and he is expected to be charged on summons with the theft of a motor vehicle, handling the proceeds of crime, drug driving and failing to display P-plates.
