Tennis proves a hit

By BRIDGET SCOTT

CITY of Casey residents were served up a variety of activities last week when Tennis Week hit the town.
Between Sunday 1 and Sunday 8 February there were 27 activities held at various locations and tennis clubs across the municipality, where people could get involved in tennis, get active and have fun.
The City of Casey held its very own totem tennis activity on Wednesday 4 February which saw different people from nearby stop to have a hit.
City of Casey mayor Mick Morland said Casey Tennis Week, now in its seventh year, gave local people the chance to enjoy the sport and get back on the court.
