POLICE needed to call for back-up in Cranbourne on the weekend when a woman attacked officers after crashing her car.
Police were called to the car accident just after 1pm on Sunday at the intersection of Russell and Stawell streets, where the woman involved became aggressive and attacked police.
Additional police were called to arrest the woman, who was from Aspendale Gardens.
Police allege she was under the influence of drugs.
