Disqualified drug driver detected

A DISQUALIFIED female driver is likely to be charged on summons after she was allegedly caught driving a stolen car while on drugs in Cranbourne this week.
The 31-year-old Frankston North woman was stopped by the Highway Patrol after police detected a stolen Ford Focus on Sladen Street about 6.30pm on Thursday.
The woman underwent a drug test and returned a positive result. She is also believed to have allegedly been driving while disqualified.
The woman is expected to be charged on summons with the theft of a motor vehicle, handling the proceeds of crime, drug driving and driving while disqualified.
