POLICE are investigating the use of stolen credit cards in a string of potential deceptions in stores from Bulleen to Cranbourne last month.
It’s understood that two wallets were stolen from a Toyota parked in a private driveway in Golden Way, Bulleen, between 5.30pm on 8 December and 2am on 9 December.
The cards are then believed to have been used by the thief in 11 deceptions at a range of stores from Bulleen to Cranbourne, between 2am and 6.30am on 11 December.
Detectives from the Box Hill Divisional Tasking Unit, who are investigating the incident, have released an image of a man who may be able to help them with their inquiries.
