ALL positions were filled at the annual general meeting of the Neighbourhood Watch Casey group this month.
On Wednesday 12 November an election was held for the management committee for Neighbourhood Watch Casey at the City of Casey Civic Centre, Narre Warren.
The election was chaired and supervised by Casey councillor Damien Rosario.
All current committee members stood aside and nominations were called for all positions.
An election took place and candidates were elected for a number of spots.
All those who took up a position were also accredited Neighbourhood Watch volunteers.
Sharon Wallace became the new chairwomen, Jenny Baird was elected secretary, Maureen Fowler was elected minute secretary, Ken Bailey was elected treasurer, David Hewitt was elected editor and Keith Wright was elected assistant editor. Committee members are Raph Even-Chaim, Deb Medley and Linda Bailey.
Neighbourhood Watch is a community based crime prevention program which aims to improve the quality of life and safety.
