THE last piece of land for an up-and-coming Clyde estate is about to be released with property developers saying they’ve left the best for last.
The final stage of land at Villawood Properites Pasadena community is about to be released to buyers who want to call Clyde their home.
Villawood Properties executive director Tony Johnson said potential buyers should get in early to avoid missing out.
“We have saved the best for last at Pasadena,” he said.
“This last release has only 20 lots and includes large blocks ranging up to 919 square metres in size, perfect for larger designer homes and growing families and, importantly, plenty of room to create outdoor living spaces and gardens.”
The Pasadena estate has been on the market for four years and land about to be released is smaller in comparison to the other blocks.
It is located opposite the new Hill Farm Park and Platinum Club members will have early access to this land.
“Priced from only $173,900, the Cradle Release II offers buyers the opportunity to purchase a park front lot and live opposite the Hill Farm Park with stunning views of the Clyde district,” Mr Johnson said.
“You’ll even be able to walk to the Shopping on Clyde centre and Pasadena Park, making these lots some of the most conveniently located and sought after in the development.”
Since the estate went on the market in 2010 nearly 500 lots have been sold at Pasadena with the project deemed as an “enormous success”.
“Watching this boutique community group over the past four years has been incredibly rewarding.
“We have over 250 homes completed and more than 500 residents now calling Pasadena home,” Mr Johnson said.
“A large number of our residents have referred other family members and friends to buy at Pasadena too and what has been created here is an amazing and boutique estate where residents take great pride in their new homes and become great friends.”
The Cradle Release II will be released to Villawood’s Platinum Club members on Saturday 15 November and to the general public on Saturday 22 November.
To sign up as a Platinum Club member and gain early access to land, visit www.pasadenaclyde.com.au and register details.
