A MAN armed with a hammer and iron bar raided a Narre Warren Subway restaurant last week.
About 8.30pm on Thursday 4 September, a man entered the store on Vespa Drive with a hammer and iron bar.
Police said he smashed the counter and demanded cash from the shop attendants.
The employees handed over a small quantity of cash before the man ran off.
He was described as being about six foot tall, Caucasian and was wearing dark clothing.
