ENERGY Australia has struck again.
The 11 per cent discount that applied to my gas account has been reduced to just the ‘consumption’ component.
The ‘supply charge per day’ is now excluded from the discount.
How many more ways can they rip off the customer?
I must add, this is not exclusive to Energy Australia – all companies are doing this. How does this get by the appropriate authority?
