Victim fights back

A BYSTANDER was set upon by three men who demanded his wallet in Cranbourne North last week.
The victim was walking south along the footpath adjacent to the South Gippsland Highway, near Courtenay Avenue, when he was attacked by the three men.
The victim sustained minor injuries to his head and hand in the altercation but managed to fight off the attackers.
No property was stolen during the fracas.
The three offenders were wearing hoodies and possibly bandanas.
