TWO teenagers were taken to The Alfred hospital after a serious crash in Lynbrook this morning, where a car was left wrapped around a tree.
Police believe the teenage male driver, 15, was travelling north along Sun Valley Boulevard when he lost control of the car and crashed into a tree around 3.30am.
A police unit in the area at the time found the crash and phoned paramedics.
The driver of the car was taken to The Alfred with serious injuries.
His passenger, a 14-year-old boy, has been airlifted to The Alfred with critical injuries.
Officers from the Major Collision Investigation Group are on scene and will investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
