Fluff up for flutter

THE Cranbourne Homemaker Centre will be aflutter with excitement during the upcoming school holidays.
Families have been encouraged to put Wednesday 9 April in their diaries when the centre hosts the popular butterfly display.
There will plenty of other activities on offer during the day for some school holiday fun including a jumping castle, face painting, free lucky dips, balloons, how to make rainbow bands and a colouring-in competition with a chance to win a single bed and manchester package.
Cranbourne Homemaker Centre manager Kate Parkinson urged families to come along for a family fun day out.
“The butterfly house promotion is fascinating,” she said.
“The kids are educated on the butterfly, they get up close to beautiful creatures, but what amazes me is how many children you will have in one spot and just how quiet the children can be so as not to harm these delicate species.”
