A DRIVER who suffered from a medical issue behind the wheel caused a four-car pile-up in Cranbourne North on the weekend.
Police said at about 4.30pm on Saturday, a woman driver crashed into a parked car along Endeavour Drive.
The impact caused the parked car to hit another in front, and then that car rolled into another.
It is believed the woman suffered from a medical issue while driving which caused the accident, police said.
The woman was taken to the Dandenong Hospital for observation.
