A MAN had his car impounded in Cranbourne last week after being caught over the speed and legal alcohol limit.
Police detected a car travelling at 127km/h in an 80km/h zone at 8.30pm on Tuesday 10 December along on Cranbourne-Frankston Road.
The 23-year-old male driver, from Tyabb, also returned a blood alcohol reading over the legal limit.
Police impounded his car under hoon legislation for excessive speed.
