Business best eye awards

By BRIDGET SCOTT

TWO local real estate companies, as well as a software design business, have outshone their competitors and been announced as finalists in the Casey Business Awards.
Platinum Real Estate, O’Brien Real Estate and Successful Endeavours were announced as the three finalists in the Business and Professional Services of the Year Award category.
Platinum Real Estate was first opened in 2011 by Elvira Bafto and Anglie Torres, who are proud of the way their business is going.
“With strong determination we have gone through a very tough, exciting and eventful journey which has done our office nothing less than proud,” the pair said.
O’Brien Real Estate was founded only shortly before their competitors, in 2010.
Starting as an independent real estate business in 2010 from the ground up, the owners are proud to have quickly grown a property management portfolio of approximately 800 properties.
They currently sell on average 50-60 properties per month, making them one of Casey’s biggest real estate companies.
In another field, Successful Endeavours is an award-winning, all-Australian, electronics design and embedded software development business which helps other companies to improve their existing products and designs.
They are no stranger to the awards stage and have been nationally recognised with two Electronics News Future Awards in 2012.
The business was also the winner of the Business and Professional Development Award in 2012 at the Casey Business Awards.
