THE City of Casey is inviting its residents to have their say about what they would like to see their council focus on in the coming year.
As one of Victoria’s fastest growing municipalities, the City of Casey is heading towards a bright future, and wants to hear from you.
City of Casey mayor Amanda Stapledon said the contributions from people within the community were vital toward developing the city in the right direction.
“The Council Plan is an integral part of planning that demonstrates our commitment to working towards a prosperous and sustainable Casey”, she said.
“The development of an accurate Council Plan is largely dependent on the feedback we receive from the people of Casey, and we warmly welcome any suggestions regarding our city.”
The council plan functions as a document which sets out the next four years for the City of Casey. It will outline a shared vision, as well as goals which combine councils and the community’s outlook for the future.
Residents can have their say in a number of ways, including:
Completing the Council Plan questionnaire on council’s website at www.casey.vic.gov.au/currentconsultations and be in the running to win an iPad Mini.
Obtaining and completing a hardcopy questionnaire from council’s customer service centres at Narre Warren, Narre Warren South or Cranbourne.
Visiting Casey Conversations at www.caseyconversations.com.au to discuss your views and ideas with others.
