CRANBOURNE Secondary College gave a warm welcome to its newest students on their first day last week.
The school held its annual Welcome Breakfast to greet new Year seven students and their families to the college.
More than 100 people enjoyed the breakfast feast and had the chance to meet with staff informally, before being addressed by Year 7 co-ordinator Kevin Quinn, principal Ken Robinson and community engagement officer Karen Davis.
Cranbourne Secondary College proactive and preventative program manager Jan McAleese said the breakfast was a great success.
“It was a gloriously sunny day and the volunteers were there early setting up and cooking a wonderful breakfast of sausages, bacon and eggs, toast and fruit platters,” she said.
“The morning was considered a success by staff and students alike.”
