Speedy internet

THERE will be fast internet service available to many local families in the coming months.
The City of Casey has welcomed the NBN Co announcement that more housing estates across Victoria, particularly new estates in Clyde North and Cranbourne, will be fitted with NBN Co’s fibreoptic cable by March.
City of Casey Mayor Sam Aziz said it was fantastic news for the fast growing municipality.
“Council is continuing to advocate to NBN Co and the Federal Government for improved broadband infrastructure across all of Casey, particularly in the existing suburbs of Berwick and Narre Warren South, which are notorious broadband black spots,” Cr Aziz said.
“Broadband availability in Casey is patchy, frustrating for householders and is stifling business development. To show support for high speed broadband, visit www.casey.vic.gov.au/broadbandinfrastructure and complete the online form.
