DANDENONG Embona detectives are seeking information about an attempted armed robbery at a milk bar in Cranbourne North in June.
Police have released images of a man who entered the milk bar with a pole about 1.25pm on Thursday 2 June and attempted to commit an armed robbery.
Police said the man threatened the owner of the store and demanded money from the register.
The offender then ran from the store through parkland and was last seen heading towards Eliza Street.
The man was wearing a white coloured mask, which covered his face.
Police are appealing for any witnesses or any persons who have information to contact Senior Constable Thompson at Dandenong Embona on 9767 7618 or Crime Stoppers on 1300 333 000.
