Rise and retire to cocktails

MOLOTOV cocktails have been used again at a property in Scarlet Drive, Doveton.
The first incident happened at 3am last Monday where the house owner, a 65-year-old man, was awoken by the sound of a bottle smashing.
He said the sock in the bottle smelt of petrol and the cocktail burnt a patch in the front lawn.
The second incident occurred later that night at 11.30pm. The man heard a noise at the front door and found a burning cocktail standing upright on the concrete path before the porch.
The flame was put out by a garden hose and fire extinguisher.
Anyone with information about the incident is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
