STUDENTS from Clyde Primary School visited the Cranbourne Royal Botanical Gardens to learn about the environment.
The excursion, which went for about two hours, saw the children doing hands-on activities with staff from the education unit of the gardens.
The Prep to Grade 2 students learned about sustainable gardening, and the older students worked in groups to look at climate change and sustainable gardening.
