CHILDREN at Cranbourne Homemaker Centre were all wrapped up in slither and scales this month.
The Homemaker Centre hosted a reptile display during the school holidays so people could get up close and personal to a range of reptiles.
Local children, and even parents, lined up to be wrapped up in snakes on Wednesday 13 April.
Other popular creatures were the crocodiles, lizards and frogs.
The children were able to touch and handle the animals under the supervision of a herpetologist who explained how to handle them, their habits as well as how to treat a snakebite if required.
