CRANBOURNE Holden has been recognised as one of the country’s premier dealerships.
The Cranbourne Holden dealership was awarded top honours in Holden’s Grand Masters – a program that recognises Australia’s best dealerships – at an awards ceremony in Western Australia on Sunday 3 April.
The annual Grand Masters program acknowledges Holden’s most outstanding dealerships and judges them on sales excellence, customer satisfaction, service delivery, parts performance and astute business management.
The title of being a Holden Grand Master is an award that is bestowed on just 32 dealerships each year.
Cranbourne Holden’s dealer principal Tom Davis said he was thrilled to receive this prestigious award.
“This honour is a reflection of the hard work done each and every day by the entire team at Cranbourne Holden,” Mr Davis said.
“We’re a local business proud to operate in and contribute to this community.
“We ensure we put the customer first, deliver on our promises and back it all up by offering some of the most exciting new products in the market.”
Holden’s chairman and managing director Mike Devereux said he was incredibly proud of the achievement of these select few.
“Grand Masters is the ultimate dealer performance recognition program where winners exceed expectations, go above and beyond, surpass their peers and enhance the Holden name,” Mr Devereux said.
“This is not an award we hand out lightly. It is an indication of the dealer’s commitment to an exceptional quality experience for each and every customer, on every occasion.”
