HAMPTON Park Primary School is starting the day on the right foot.
For the past three years, the school has held a breakfast club twice a week to ensure students have a healthy start to their day.
The breakfast club is an Australian Red Cross program and its group manager of community services, Eamonn O’Toole, visited the school on 17 February for a special breakfast of pancakes to congratulate the school on its successful program and on securing new sponsors.
Hampton Park Primary School principal Christine Wakeling acknowledged the commitment of volunteers from Holy Trinity Anglican Church who prepare the breakfast for students.
