HOME-hunters who buy in the Botanic Ridge estate by the end of February will receive a $15,000 landscaping rebate.
The rebate can be used for the front garden and fencing, aimed to help new residents get started on ‘greening up’ their home.
Botanic Ridge is located near the Royal Botanic Gardens in Cranbourne, and development in the estate follows a strict native planting policy to complement the surrounds.
