THE interactive playground at Casey Fields was officially opened on the weekend.
The playground features interactive equipment, an adventure hill with large slides, shade structures and barbecues.
Holt MP Anthony Byrne joined Casey councillors for the opening on Sunday, after the Federal Government committed more than $1 million to the project.
“This program is an example of local collaboration between the Federal Government and the City of Casey to meet the individual needs of our local community – the result is an outstanding recreational area for local families,” Mr Byrne said.
It’s a whole new way to play
