A DISPLAY village will be built in a residential estate in Cranbourne West.
Due for completion by early next year, the 37-home display village will be built at Alarah.
The developer will be Wolfdene.
Managing director Michael Goldthorp said once the project was complete, potential homebuyers could peruse a range of first-class designs from 17 different builders.
The Alarah estate will feature a central tree-lined reserve with a barbecue, picnic facilites and class-A recycled water.
Sales at the estate have been strong since they began in May. Three stage releases are already sold out and works have started on stages one and two.
