CHILDREN put their creative skills on show during a football themed craft day at Bunnings Cranbourne last week.
As part of a school holiday activity, about 80 children made place mats and posters in team colours, and also created a trophy for their team of choice, last Thursday.
Two Melbourne footballers visited Bunnings and signed jumpers and footballs.
Bunnings Cranbourne community involvement organiser Dea O’Loughlin said the children thoroughly enjoyed the day.
“They loved it. They were so excited when they arrived, they were just buzzing,” she said.
