Drive-through souvlaki

AUSTRALIA’S first drive-through souvlaki store has opened in Lynbrook.
The business opened its doors and drive-through at Lynbrook Village last month.
Souvlakihut managing director Bill Fotiadis said Lynbrook Village was chosen because of the growth potential in the area.
“We’ve been searching for a while for the right site to build our first drive-through store and found Lynbrook to be the perfect demographic to fit our business,” Mr Fotiadis said.
Mr Fotiadis said he and his brother John would evaluate the success of the Lynbrook store before deciding to roll out the drive-through service at other locations.
“Once we’ve fine-tuned our drive-through option, we’ll be looking to convert at least six more stores by the end of the year.”
