Magic multiplied

AUDIENCES can expect the unexpected during free magic shows at Centro Cranbourne these school holidays.
Magician Elio Simonetti and his glamorous helper Eva Salleh will return to the shopping centre next week to perform The Magic Show twice daily for five days.
Elio said there would be new material as well as old favourites in the show that could be enjoyed by both children and adults.
“We develop new material ever year. We still perform illusions that have been around for centuries, though. In fact, one of the props we use is over one 100 years old,” he said.
Elio said the positive response from Cranbourne audiences spurred him and his assistant along to produce a better quality show.
“The audiences in Cranbourne are always lovely. They’re very kind to us and are happy to show us that they appreciate what we do.”
Cranbourne will mark the second stop in the duo’s four-week tour of the south coast.
They will perform at Centro Cranbourne shopping centre at 11am and 1pm daily from 28 June to 2 July.
