Dean and Kate Elliott, with their sons Cody and Jack, have become the 500th purchasers at Botanic Ri
THE popular Botanic Ridge welcomed its 500th purchaser last week, as the new residential area continues to grow.
Kate and Dean Elliott, who will move into the estate early next year with their two sons, said they were excited to be the 500th purchasers.
Originally from Langwarrin, Ms Elliott said her family decided to move to Botanic Ridge in search of peaceful surrounds among a thriving and tight-knit community.
“And Botanic Ridge is only five minutes from our chosen school for the kids,” Ms Elliott said.
Botanic Ridge development manager Joe Cassera said the 500th purchaser was a great milestone for the estate.
“We are delighted to welcome the Elliott family to the community as out 500th purchasers, and can’t wait to see more residents move in before the end of the year,” Mr Cassera said.
The forecasted population for the Botanic Ridge and Junction Village area is 2107 people in 2011 and 3606 by 2016.
