CASEY Council will consider fencing a reserve at Cranbourne West to prevent illegal motor bike and four wheel drive use.
Council officers provided a report in February about the options and costs associated with fencing the reserve between Breens Road and Isaac Court in Cranbourne West, after reports that motor bikes and four wheel drives were using the reserve illegally.
Council estimates that it would cost $88,000 to fence the 11.8hectare area between Breens Road and Central Parkway, and $44,000 for the 10.3 hectare area between Central Parkway and Duff Street.
Council will consider the $88,000 at the 2010/11 budget and the $44,000 at the 2011/12 budget.
