HABIB Dagher is feeling the chill after he parted with his long locks for the first time in 13 years last week.
Mr Dagher, 35, said he was nervous about having his head shaved at Centro Cranbourne last week, but was happy with the end result and planned on staying bald.
It was his first haircut since 1997.
“It’s a strange feeling. You can certainly feel the difference in temperature, that’s for sure,” he said.
Mr Dagher was inspired to take part in the shave as his mother and his partner have both been through cancer.
“It was all for a good cause.”
He said he would keep his head bald.
Mr Dagher joined others who took part in the annual World’s Greatest Shave event at the shopping centre.
Anyone was able to turn up and have their hair shaved or coloured.
