Snake myths busted- Raymond Hoser from Snakebusters entertained the crowds with a live snake a

SLITHERY snakes stopp-ed in at Centro in Cranbourne last week and the crowds loved it.
Snakes, lizards, turtles, crocodiles and frogs were among the stars of Raymond Hoser’s snake and reptile shows held at the shopping centre last week.
Mr Hoser, director of Snakebusters, said his show provided both entertainment and education for children while on school holidays.
“It’s the best entertainment they’ll ever get at a shopping centre. It’s terrific,” Mr Hoser said. Apart from the world’s four deadliest snakes, Mr Hoser allowed the children to hold every one of the snakes and reptiles at the shows and said it went a long way to dispel some of the stigma that snakes were aggressive creatures.
“Movies like Snakes on a Plane makes people think snakes are one dimensional and are trying to kill people, but they are not,” he said.
While they were welcome to handle snakes at his shows, Mr Hoser said he taught children not to pick up snakes in the wild.
