Pet care for the season

PET owners are reminded not to leave animals unattended during the festive season.
Barrie Tapp from the Animal Cruelty Hotline said they had been busy with cat and kitten rescues in the area and wanted to remind people not to leave their pets unattended.
“That includes horses that are agisted out and it would be a good idea it owners put a sign on the paddock with a phone number as it is almost impossible to contact the owners.” For more information call 1800 751 770.
