Their dietary changes

Breakfast:Nothing
Lunch: Two toasted cheese and ham sandwiches buttered both sides.
Dinner:Large Burritos.
Snacks:Chocolate muffins.

Heather’s diet (After)

Breakfast: Two weetbix with half a cup of skin milk and sliced peaches.
Lunch: Salad with low fat cottage cheese and ham.
Dinner: Vegetable stirfry (lean meat).
Snacks: Fruit or diet yoghurt.

Iain’s diet (Before)

Breakfast: Nothing. On occasion would eat 4-5 slices of white toast, with ‘layers’ of margarine and peanut butter.
Lunch: Meat pie.
Dinner: Half a kilo of steak.
Snacks: Chocolate jam donut and can of Coke.

Iain’s diet (After)

Breakfast: Small bowl of cereal with fruit, 2 slices of wholemeal toast, with a small coffee.
Lunch: Salads with fish or baked beans or soup.
Dinner: 250-500g lean meat with boiled potatoes and ‘heaps of greens’.
Snacks: Small portion of biscuits or low fat energy bar.
