IT WAS teddy bears galore at Rangebank Pre-school recently.
The Green Geckos group brought in their soft and fluffy toys to take part in a teddy bears’ picnic. Children iced teddy bear biscuits, made paper teddy bears and created special puppets to celebrate the day.
“The children arrived happy and excited,” Rangebank Pre-school marketing officer Kellie Fletcher said. “The children were keen to begin the morning’s activities and it was a very busy and productive morning,” Ms Fletcher said.
The pre-school director Barbara Ryan, who painted her face like a teddy bear on Tuesday, said she enjoyed having special events incorporated into the program because it was rewarding to see the delight it brought to the children.
