VANDALS removed about a dozen signs near the Blind Bight boat ramp and threw them in the bay this month.
Resident Bob Wray said the signs, including traffic signs, were found in the bay on 2 August.
He said it was disappointing to discover the mess to the recreational area.
The City of Casey’s acting manager of roads and construction, Michael Apps, said council officers retrieved the signs and put them back on 4 August.
