A 25-YEAR-OLD Cannons Creek man has been charged and remanded in custody after police seized nearly 200 cannabis plants on 30 July.
Police said 189 plants, with the street value of about $300,000, was found at the Baxter-Tooradin property after they executed a drug warrant.
Police also found sophisticated hydro equipment and bypass power. They confiscated an excess of $50,000 in equipment.
The Cannons Creek man was charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of cannabis, and possessing and cultivating a drug of dependence.
