WOMEN are invited to put their feet up and indulge in a day of pampering next month.
The Freedom Christian Church in Cranbourne and beauty group Essence from Pakenham will host two hours of mind, body and soul well-being on 5 September at a cost of $10.
Pastor Jenny Amoruso saidthe church wanted to reach different groups following a suc-cessful friendship lunch earlier this year.
“There are a lot of young mums who think I just don’t have time to do this for myself. We just wanted to spoil the girls because they work so hard, whether you are a mum or work full-time,” Pastor Amoruso said.
The session will include information on mind, body and soul well-being, skincare and facials.
All participants will receive a sample bag with beauty products.
Childcare will be available.
