Road closure complaints

POLICE say they have received several complaints from residents when roads were closed during the recent fires.
Casey police said that home owners complained when they were denied access to their properties because of public safety.
The only people permitted to use the roads were firefighters.
Police can arrest anyone who enters a restricted area.
