Food lovers lured

A FRESH face with 20 years experience is cooking up a storm at Vue in Cranbourne.
Executive chef Eric Roulston joined the restaurant at Settler’s Run Golf and Country Club after working as a chef at award-winning restaurants in Sydney, Melbourne, the Gold Coast and London.
Mr Roulston said his experience and creativity helped him to serve up popular dishes at Vue.
“Four or five of the dishes we have created at Vue have really taken off,” he said. “My style is eclectic, which means I make a bit of everything.”
Mr Roulston said he hopes the restaurant will be able to run independently from the golf course and attract a lot of wedding and business functions in the future.
“It’s perfect for functions,” he said. “It is at a wonderful location with a wonderful view.”
