In the hunt for Christmas

MORE than 100 people enjoyed an afternoon of Christmas entertainment in The Hunt Club gardens in Cranbourne on the weekend.
The Hunt Club Residents Association held the annual Christmas party at the estate on Sunday.
The Denis Family Corporation congratulated the joint winners of The Hunt Club Christmas lights competition.
The first place winners were Colin at 2 Fetlock Lane and Joanne at 3 Waterside Drive.
The best group display award went to Fetlock Lane and the $500 prize will be donated to their nominated charity, Ronald McDonald House.
The Hunt Club Residents Association president, Geoff Cohen said the day was a huge success.
“Santa’s appearance on the local CFA fire truck made the day a winner for all.”
Local band Burning Desire and ballroom dancers from MarShere dance studio in Cranbourne provided more entertainment during the celebrations.
All profits from the Christmas party will be donated to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
Anyone interested in joining the association can contact Geoff Cohen on 0424 454 851.
